Project Assistant Position Summary The Project Assistant provides day‑to‑day sales and project support to the Sales Executive team, ensuring a seamless client experience from inquiry through installation. This role is focused on assisting, coordinating, and executing tasks that allow Sales Executives to focus on relationship development, new business growth, and strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service‑oriented, and collaborative, with strong communication and follow‑through skills.

Salary Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Support Serve as a primary support resource for assigned Sales Executive(s) Assist with responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating showroom or site visits Support client relationships through timely follow‑up, updates, and service‑focused communication Help ensure clients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the sales and project process Proposals, Pricing & Documentation Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and pricing documents under the direction of the Sales Executive Gather product information, specifications, and supporting documentation for client presentations Ensure proposals and documentation are complete, accurate, and organized Track revisions, approvals, and next steps related to proposals and sales documents Project Coordination Support Support project handoff from sales to design and project management teams Assist with tracking project milestones, timelines, and internal deliverables Help coordinate product orders, samples, and installation readiness Communicate updates internally to ensure alignment across teams Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems Organize client files, contracts, and project documentation Assist with expense tracking, order confirmations, and basic reporting Support continuous improvement of sales processes and workflows Team Collaboration Work closely with Sales Executives, designers, project coordinators, and installation teams Provide overflow or backup support during high‑volume periods Participate in internal meetings and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational and time‑management skills Clear, professional written and verbal communication High attention to detail and follow‑through Customer‑service mindset with a desire to support others Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems (or willingness to learn) Preferred Experience Previous experience in sales support, customer service, administrative, or office coordination roles Experience in commercial interiors, design, construction, or project‑based environments (preferred but not required) Performance Measures Quality and timeliness of support provided to Sales Executives Accuracy and completeness of proposals and documentation Responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders Contribution to smooth project transitions and positive client experiences
