Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Salesman to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our sales floor and office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a knack for sales. This role is pivotal in maintaining an efficient office atmosphere while providing support to both staff and clients. Must be able to multitask. Duties Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their tractor and mower needs. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products and services. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and using point-of-sale systems. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed. Oversee daily office activities, ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and functioning efficiently. Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering replacements as needed. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities. Receive and put away all parts that are brought into the office. Offer administrative support; assist with the preparation and filing of company. Maintain and update office filling and record-keeping systems, both physical and electronic. Help with pickup and delivery of products if needed. Qualifications

• Previous experience in tractor and mower sales is preferred.
• Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
• Ability to preform basic math calculations for retail transactions.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
