Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant - Clifton Seed Company, North Carolina Office Clifton Seed Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support daily sales operations and provide excellent customer service to growers and customers across the country. Founded in 1928, Clifton Seed Company specializes in high-quality hybrid vegetable seed and serves commercial growers and home gardeners nationwide. In this position, you will provide assistance to four sales representatives with their orders. Responsibilities Assist customers with seed inquiries, product recommendations, pricing, filling and shipping orders out in a timely manner Answer incoming calls / greeting customers courteously and professionally Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records Support the sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and account management Coordinate communication with growers, vendors, and customers Maintain organized records, inventory updates, and product information Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email Assist with additional administrative and office duties as needed Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Customer service or retail experience is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must have a valid drivers licenses High School Diploma and/or GED Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within a family-owned company Supportive and team-oriented work environment Hands-on experience in sales and agriculture

Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
