Business Development Agent / Automotive Sales Trainee Are you motivated, energetic, and looking for an opportunity to build a career in automotive sales? We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as a Business Development Agent with a direct growth path into Automotive Sales . No automotive experience required — we provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you succeed.
What You'll Do:
Contact leads and customers by phone, text, and email Schedule appointments for the sales team Follow up with internet and dealership inquiries Learn the automotive sales process Transition into a full Automotive Sales Agent role as you develop
Training Pay Structure:
$15/hour base pay $25 bonus for every appointment that shows Additional $10 bonus when your appointment results in a vehicle sale

Automotive Sales Associate/ Product Specialist Responsibilities:
Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Automotive Sales Associate/ Product Specialist Requirements:
