- 19/hour Telecommunications company in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Sales Support Admin $19
- 20/hour. 9 AM
- 5:30 PM.
Responsibilities Provide sales support to salesman, sales agents and dealers in providing quotations, sending literature and promotional material and other items as requested. Enter all quotations sent by sales staff into company CRM system within a timely manner, follow up on quotations and sales opportunities. Monitor and update accurate customer information. Enter and process all incoming orders, monitor for delivery times and keep customers updated about possible delays Provide administrative support to the department Help develop, streamline and improve the processes in the Sales Department Other functions that from time to time will arise, not to exclude shipping and receiving or general office assistance to other personnel Requirements 1+ years of sales support and order entry experience. 1+ years of experience in an industrial background/transportation background Must be able to quickly learn the technical aspect of products and tools. Computer proficiency
- experience with MS Office and CRM software.
