About the Job The Pre Sales Consultant for Partner Delivered Services (PDS) is a strategic, partner-facing role focused on driving growth through both partner-led and direct sales engagements. This role works closely with sales, account management, and partner organizations to position and sell service offerings, including one-time, recurring, and subscription services. In this role you will help build partner success, strengthen relationships, and accelerate partner-driven revenue. Success requires a balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and strong collaboration across teams. What you will do
  • Partner with sales and account teams to support new business opportunities and contribute to winning strategies
  • Lead key parts of the pre-sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, proposal development, and pricing
  • Support partners by providing guidance, tools, and expertise to position and deliver services effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and respond to RFPs
  • Design scalable, high-quality service solutions that meet customer needs and align with business goals
  • Contribute to bookings growth and support performance metrics tied to services revenue
  • Work with stakeholders to scope and price custom professional services while maintaining appropriate margins
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all pre-sales deliverables, including proposals, SOWs, and pricing materials
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Represent services capabilities in customer and partner discussions, presentations, and enablement activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows to enhance the effectiveness of the sales cycle
  • Coordinate across distributed teams and work optimally in a virtual environment What success looks like

  • Increased partner engagement and contribution to revenue growth
  • Consistent delivery of accurate and timely pre-sales materials This is a remotely based role in the US. What you need
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, professional services, or equivalent.
  • Ability to participate in and support sales cycles with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
  • Experience collaborating across teams and building relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools What makes you a Standout

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
