Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, assisting with product selections, and contributing to a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily store operations, assisting customers, maintaining merchandise displays, and helping drive sales through exceptional customer service. About the Role You will assist customers with their shopping needs, provide product information, support merchandising efforts, and help ensure the store remains organized, welcoming, and fully stocked. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales Support Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions. Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and store policies. Build positive relationships with customers through exceptional service. Answer customer questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Support sales goals by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products. Merchandising & Store Presentation Maintain clean, organized, and attractive merchandise displays. Restock shelves and ensure products are properly labeled and priced. Assist with promotional displays and seasonal merchandising changes. Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items. Ensure the sales floor remains neat, organized, and customer-ready. Store Operations Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries. Support inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product organization. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions when required. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist with opening and closing store duties as needed. Team Collaboration Work closely with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals. Participate in training and development programs. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Share ideas and feedback to improve store operations and customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and cash-handling skills are a plus. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, merchandising, cashiering, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
