Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in a full-time, on-site, Wednesday to Sunday role. The Sales Assistant will primarily support our New Home Specialists with day-to-day sales and administrative tasks, while also ensuring model homes/sales centers and communities are welcoming and well-maintained. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Training opportunities will be provided to help you grow and succeed in the position. Key Responsibilities Assist New Home Specialists with daily sales and administrative tasks Conduct lead and prospect follow-up to ensure timely communication and support for potential buyers Update sales flyers, signage, and marketing collateral as needed Maintain and update the company CRM with accurate and timely information Staff and maintain a model home, welcoming guests and providing information as needed Occasionally take sales appointments and walk-ins when covering model homes or communities Ensure signage is properly placed, updated, and maintained in communities and at available homes Stock model homes with beverages, flyers, office items, and marketing materials; coordinate with New Home Specialists to ensure models and spec homes remain clean and presentable Prepare closing gifts for homeowners on closing day Support New Home Specialists with various sales and contract paperwork as needed Participate in occasional networking opportunities and/or team events as encouraged by leadership
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (training provided if needed) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Customer service experience preferred; real estate or homebuilding industry knowledge a plus Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between model homes and communities as needed
Schedule:
Full-Time Position Regular Schedule:
Wednesday - Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On-site position (model home, community or sales center at main office as assigned)

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
