Job Description
Position Overview The Sales Assistant provides key support to the sales team and reports to the Vice President of Wholesale. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and demonstrate superior organizational skills to coordinate the back-office activities associated with this position. She or he must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to be able to complete tasks such as reviewing and processing all orders. She or he must be able to pitch in with administrative tasks such as processing sample requests; supplying line lists as needed, and collating marketing materials and shipping them to customers, in addition to being backup to our Customer Care team. - Coordinate dropship orders for non
EDI & EDI
customers- Assist Customer Service with order entry/RMAs/swatches
- Be able to use the ERP system as required for things like EDI, order entry, customer inquiries, inventory inquiries, RMA's, etc. Be able to run reports as needed.
- Provide UPS call tags as requested.
- Provide line lists and compile imagery to accounts as needed.
- Update UPC books/lists
- Assist with mailings
- Assist in warehouse/sample prep/sales as needed.
- Assist in annual physical inventory.
