Two Positions Available:

Store Sales Assistant (In-Store) Event / Trade Show Assistant ⸻ About Us EF DanceShoes is a U.S.-based premium ballroom & Latin dance shoe brand, recognized as a leader in the industry. We work closely with top professional and competitive dancers, serving customers worldwide with a strong reputation for quality and service. ⸻ Position Overview We are looking for long-term team members who can support both in-store operations and dance events. This role is ideal for someone who is: Seeking a stable, long-term (full-time preferred) opportunity Has a flexible schedule Is open to traveling for competitions and events Can also work in-store when not traveling ⸻ Location Englewood Cliffs, NJ (On-site + Travel) ⸻ Store Responsibilities (In-Store) Assist customers and provide product guidance Handle sales transactions (POS system) Maintain store organization and visual standards Pack and process online orders Support inventory management Build strong customer relationships and support sales Store Hours Monday - Saturday | 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM Flexible working days ⸻ Event Responsibilities (Dance Competitions / Trade Shows) Assist with booth setup and breakdown Provide on-site sales and customer support Help dancers with fitting and product selection Process transactions during events Manage inventory and merchandise Represent the brand professionally Event Schedule Typically 3-6 days per event Schedule provided in advance ⸻ Compensation Base Pay and Commission Performance-based Bonus Paid travel Employee discount ⸻ Qualifications Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with sales and fast-paced environments Able to work weekends and travel when needed Retail or ballroom dance experience is a plus Event or sales experience is a plus ⸻ What We Offer Flexible schedule Paid travel opportunities Performance-based earning potential Supportive and respectful team environment Opportunities for long-term growth within the company ⸻ How to Apply Please include a brief introduction with your availability and relevant experience.
