As a Verizon Assistant, you'll bring Verizon Fios to Lyndhurst, ensuring every customer has the high-speed connectivity they need. The Verizon Assistant will then engage with customers, offering sales solutions that align with their daily routines. We'll support the Verizon Assistant's growth with mentorship, helping them master the art of sales and highlighting price stability and 2026 perks, like tech credits and premium accessories. Responsibilities of the Verizon Assistant Reach out to Lyndhurst customers to learn about their current internet experience and showcase the outstanding reliability of Verizon FiOS fiber. Prove how Verizon FiOS provides fast, consistent speeds that perform beautifully during busy family hours. Emphasize Verizon FiOS's 5-year price guarantee that protects customers from rate increases and delivers long-term savings. Help customers discover extra value through current promotions, streaming bundles, and special incentives with Verizon FiOS. Address home Wi-Fi issues and recommend easy solutions to ensure strong, full-home Verizon FiOS performance. Lead customers confidently through the sign-up journey so they are informed, supported, and thrilled about upgrading to Verizon FiOS. Qualifications of the Verizon Assistant Experience in sales or customer support is a plus, but not required. Confidently explaining long‑term pricing that supports budget‑friendly sales decisions. Strong people skills that keep sales interactions positive and low‑pressure. Driven to hit sales targets through consistent outreach and follow‑up.
