Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Madison, New Jersey. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in supporting sales advisors and ensuring smooth client interactions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys managing processes with precision.
Responsibilities:
  • Process client service requests efficiently, such as handling account transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, managing calendars to prevent conflicts and handling follow-up communications.
  • Prepare and process documentation for new accounts, beneficiary changes, and other client requests, ensuring all instructions are followed accurately.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues related to submitted forms and ensure all required actions are completed promptly.
  • Maintain detailed and organized notes on all client interactions and service activities.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track client data and manage service workflows.
  • Handle inbound client calls professionally, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
  • Process cash activity requests, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client needs. Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a client-focused environment.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data processing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience managing calendars and scheduling meetings without conflicts.
  • Familiarity with handling cash activity and related financial processes.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
