Job Description
Company Overview Shore Business Solutions is a fast-paced, technology-driven organization in the office automation industry. We have been supplying our customers with industry-leading solutions to common business challenges for 46+ years including hardware solutions, workflow automation, document management, managed print services, and office technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Administrator position at Shore is primarily responsible for assisting the sales team with daily sales related tasks, however the role will work in a cross-departmental function as well, with job duties to include, but not limited to the following:- Support Sales team with daily administrative duties
- Assist the sales team with quoting, proposals, and customer documentation
- Review sales order packages for completion and submission
- Assist Account Representatives with E-Automate research for analysis
- Responsible for equipment order process including initial order, including entering Purchase & Sales orders in ERP system
- Setup new equipment models in E-Automate
- New account creation in E-Automate including sold equipment
- Work with Executive Assistant to manage lease documentation and coordinate with finance/leasing companies for approval and funding
Required Skills:
- Highly Dependable/Punctual
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience with a multi-line phone system
- Microsoft Office Experience and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using basic office equipment (printer/copier/scanner)
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using an ERP System
- Knowledge of the
Office Technology/IT Industry Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in sales support, sales administration or customer service role
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, in person salaried position, reporting to our Wall office daily. In-depth training will be provided on company specific software. The right person for this role will possess a positive attitude, be a self-starter, motivated and able to present themselves in a professional setting daily. Specifics on medical benefits / 401K provided after candidate is selected. Possible overnight travel for training may be required.Note:
