Job Description
Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Marketplace Sales Assistant who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work.
Marketplace Sales Assistant Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalency; 1-3+ years of sales and visual merchandising experience; current Food Handler's Permit upon hire, required Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Square POS, and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred A passion for teamwork and building community Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skills Excellent problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and adaptabilityMarketplace Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
Attend goal-setting meetings with management, marketing, and event teams Represent our brands at on-site and off-site events, including B2B outreach, to build partnerships and generate leads and sales Train and lead the team of Baristas and Associates in sales goals and accountability Ensure that the Marketplace is open and operating during scheduled shifts, including:- Selling merchandise on the floor and running interior design appointments for furniture
- Receiving, tagging, and merchandising inventory
- Executing quarterly display updates
- Supporting annual inventory counts
Pay:
$18.00- 22.
Schedule:
Full-time, 32-40 hours per week, (on-site) .5-1-hour unpaid meal break, non-exempt Rotating schedule:Monday-Friday:
8:30am-5:30pm
