Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Operations PM to join an insurance organization in Las Vegas, Nevada in a Contract to permanent capacity. This onsite role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating operational work, organizing financial activities, and keeping cross-functional processes moving in a high-volume environment. The position will support sales operations, licensing, carrier-related administration, and workflow oversight while helping improve consistency across manual processes. This opportunity is well suited for someone who combines strong execution skills with the ability to bring structure to evolving operational priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational work tied to sales support, licensing activities, contracting tasks, and carrier-facing processes.
  • Monitor case queues and workflow items within Salesforce and related systems, ensuring issues are tracked, followed through, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Organize scheduling needs, maintain availability records, and assist with submission tracking to support smooth operational execution.
  • Review commissions, overrides, and related payment activity to help align carrier payouts with sales records and internal reporting.
  • Oversee invoice handling, payment follow-up, and corporate card expense tracking to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Gather, validate, and reconcile operational and carrier data from multiple sources to improve reporting accuracy and issue resolution.
  • Provide administrative support for licensing and contracting functions for agents working across multiple states.
  • Maintain clear visibility into incoming and outgoing financial transactions as well as active operational workflows.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and helping reduce reliance on manual tasks.
  • Support execution in an environment where procedures are still being defined, adapting quickly as priorities and workflows evolve.
