We are currently hiring a Sales Assistant to support our in-person sales campaigns. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving customer acquisition by engaging directly with customers, presenting products and services, and helping close sales in a professional and personable way. What You'll Do as a

Sales Assistant:

Engage with customers in high-traffic environments to generate interest and drive sales Present and promote products and services with confidence and accuracy Assist customers through the decision-making and purchasing process Build rapport quickly to create a positive and lasting customer experience Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns with professionalism and a sales-focused mindset Work closely with team members to hit daily and weekly sales targets Contribute to overall campaign success by maintaining strong product knowledge and communication

Sales Assistant Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication skills with a natural ability to influence and persuade Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Team player who values training, coaching, and growth opportunities
