- Full-time We are looking for a sales assistant who will support the sales team and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
( but are not limited to the following) Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to departmental and company standards to ensure a positive client experience. Generate, track, and follow up on sales leads to support business growth opportunities. Support the sales process from initial outreach through order completion and customer follow-up. Respond to customer inquiries promptly, provide accurate product information, and maintain timely and accurate updates within the sales management system. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparation of documentation, reports, and customer records. Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and assist with departmental activities and special projects as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare quotes, project timelines, samples, technical documentation, and other customer support materials. Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and high-level service. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Attend and actively participate in required training sessions, meetings, and continuous development activities. Other responsibilities as assigned by executive managementEducation and Qualification:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Life Science or a related field preferred, but equivalent industry experience will be consideredSkills and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering a high level of service and responsiveness. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present product information clearly and professionally. Proven organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable learning internal CRM or tracking systems. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate quotes, track customer requirements, and support order processing. Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with, cross functional team, including Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Accounting. Adaptable and flexible with the ability to manage, changing priorities, learn new product lines, understand market trends, and respond effectively to evolving customer needs. Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity, discretion, and accountability in handling customer information and company data.Physical Demands:
Required to reach with arms and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and tools Required to stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, bend, sit, talk, hear, climb stairs and ladders Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds with the possibility to 50 poundsWork Environment:
