Job Description

Established seafood importing company is looking to hire a full time Administrative/Sales Assistant in the New York area. Being bilingual (English/Spanish).
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by preparing sales orders, invoices, and reports Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing prompt and professional service Track and monitor sales order deliveries to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales role preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel , Outlook) Attention to detail and ability to multitask Must speak English/Spanish (bilingual) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Therefore, if you are qualified and interested, please send your resume.
