Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing (Banquets & Events) Part-Time / Full-Time | Incentive / Commission Based Preferred We are an upscale fine dining restaurant specializing in authentic Kerala Cuisine (South Indian), located in New York City. Our venue spans two floors and is designed to host: Small private gatherings of 15-20 guests Seated events for 55-60 guests Reception-style events for up to 80-90 guests We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing professional with strong hospitality industry connections and knowledge of the NYC market. What We Need Our requirement is simple: We are looking for someone who can generate banquet bookings, private events, corporate catering, and group dining business. This role is ideal for someone with an existing network in hospitality, corporate events, social events, or catering sales. Responsibilities Generate banquet, catering, and private event business Build relationships with corporate and private clients Coordinate event execution with Floor Management and Reservations Team Work with the kitchen team on curated event menus Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships Compensation We are open to discussing compensation; however, performance-based incentive or commission structure is strongly preferred. This position can be part-time or full-time depending on experience and performance.
