Sales Assistant

We're looking for an organized, adaptable person to help keep things running smoothly behind . This is role with flexible hours

• perfect for someone who enjoys working independently but also knows when to jump in and support the team.

You'll work across different parts of the business: assisting with equipment listings, keeping track of important project documents, checking that payment records are accurate, and helping us keep an eye on market activity.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keeping our records in order
• from contracts to delivery schedules.
• Monitoring market trends so we can stay ahead in equipment sales and rentals.
• Making sure payment logs and invoices match up.
• Helping coordinate between sales, rentals, and service teams.
• Pitching in on special projects as needed.
