Sales & Customer Support Assistant Beaverton Kitchen Beaverton, OR Job Details Part-time $22 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Managing customer accounts Customer communication Customer service Clear language communication Attention to detail Packaging Outbound calling Phone call management Conducting sales calls Full Job Description We are looking for a friendly, organized, and outgoing person to help us grow our wholesale business. This is a short-term part-time position for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping small businesses succeed. Schedule Wednesdays & Thursdays 8 am - 12 pm. Responsibilities Call potential customers Introduce our products to buyers Follow up with existing and prospective accounts Send emails and product information to potential customers Coordinate and send product samples Maintain records of customer contacts and follow-up activities Assist with customer service and account support Help build long-term relationships with retail and foodservice customers Qualifications Friendly, professional, and courteous phone manner Enjoys connecting with people and building relationships Strong customer service skills Good written communication and email-writing skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable making phone calls and following up consistently Ability to work independently Experience in sales, customer service, food industry, or retail is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is kind, dependable, and genuinely enjoys talking with people. We are looking for someone who can represent our company professionally, create positive relationships with customers, and help introduce more people to Ethiopian food.
