As an Interactive Support Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to our clients and internal teams. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders, solve challenges, and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and company success. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other interactive platforms. Diagnose and troubleshoot product-related questions and concerns. Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system. Work closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience. Identify opportunities to enhance support processes and recommend solutions. Assist in training new team members and contribute to knowledge base updates. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in manufacturing or technical environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently. Comfortable using CRM and support ticketing systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
