Job Description

Administrative Assistant/Sales Support About the company: Xodus Medical is focused on providing innovative solutions to hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers to help improve both patient and healthcare-worker safety. With nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry Xodus has grown intimate connections with customers who share the goal of Making Surgery Safer.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with the daily management of tasks including order entry, upper management support, customer service, etc.
Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer orders, ensuring correct pricing, quantities, and delivery details Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues Coordinate with shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, ensuring a friendly and helpful experience Provide administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff Maintain and organize files, documents, and records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our medical devices and services to effectively assist customers
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and adaptable attitude
