Duties Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation strategies Manage and develop existing accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management techniques Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs Develop territory management plans to efficiently cover assigned regions, ensuring comprehensive market coverage Engage in B2B sales activities by establishing strong relationships with business clients and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation and increase brand awareness Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management and direct sales techniques Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products or services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, customer service interactions, and closing deals confidently Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales metrics Ability to perform market analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize territory coverage Skilled in cold calling, inside sales support, and retail sales environments with a proactive approach to lead generation Demonstrated capability in managing multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service Join us as a Sales Agent and become a vital part of our growth story!
