We are looking for and Office Administrator/Sales Support person to join our team. This is not a sales position.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales Assistance:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Handle inbound prospect calls and convert leads into sales opportunities. Prepare quotes, enter orders, and communicate with suppliers.

Data Management & Administration:

Maintain and update customer records in the corporate database.; Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering parts and materials.

What we are looking for:

Good written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), creating invoices. Ability to multitask. Prior experience working in manufacturing helps.
