MesaLink Partners is looking for a Fiber Sales Agent to join our sales and development firm and represent Quantum Fiber by guiding customers through their internet options. The Fiber Sales Agent will be the primary point of contact for those looking to ditch slow cable for pure fiber power, driving sales through expert guidance and local knowledge. As a Fiber Sales Agent, you will guide Tucson customers through their internet needs, demonstrating the advantages of Quantum Fiber. Through consultative sales and direct engagement, the Fiber Sales Agent converts interest into enrollment, providing customers with future-proof fiber connectivity for streaming, learning, and remote work. Responsibilities of the Fiber Sales Agent Connect with customers through consistent neighborhood presence to uncover home‑internet needs and generate sales opportunities for Quantum Fiber. Assist customers with plan selection, enrollment steps, and equipment choices to ensure a seamless sales‑supported transition to fiber. Reconnect with customers to answer questions about fiber performance and reinforce the value behind choosing Quantum Fiber. Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, sales progress, and customer engagement to support performance targets. Train with fellow Fiber Sales Agents to refine sales strategy and practice best outreach practices. Qualifications of the Fiber Sales Agent High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in sales or customer support is a bonus, but not required. Energized by sales targets, conversion goals, and consistent field activity. Patient and capable of building trust quickly during sales interactions. Able to present plan tiers and fiber advantages in simple terms.
