Our hospitality division focuses on the acquisition and disposition of hotel and lodging assets nationwide, ranging from branded select-service hotels to boutique and independent properties. Position Overview Benchmark Investors Group is seeking an experienced Hospitality Sales Agent to join our growing hospitality division. This role is ideal for a licensed real estate professional with hospitality, commercial real estate, transactional, or investment sales experience who is comfortable managing buyer relationships, coordinating property tours, and assisting in driving transactions from initial inquiry through closing. The position involves active communication with qualified buyer prospects, collaboration with senior advisors, and ongoing transaction management within a fast-paced hospitality investment environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to qualified buyer inquiries regarding hospitality investment opportunities Communicate relevant property and market information to prospective buyers Coordinate property tours, meetings, and due diligence discussions Maintain timely CRM updates, follow-up activity, and buyer communication Support transaction progression from inquiry through contract and closing Collaborate with internal advisors, brokers, and administrative support staff Build and maintain strong professional relationships with investors, owners, and industry contacts Review hospitality operating data and assist with opportunity positioning when appropriate Qualifications Active real estate license required (any U.S. state) Minimum 3+ years of sales, transactional, commercial real estate, hospitality, or investment-related experience Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills Professional phone presence and client-facing communication abilities Ability to manage multiple active opportunities in a fast-paced environment CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills Familiarity with hospitality financial reporting, underwriting, hotel metrics, or investment analysis is strongly preferred Preferred Background Experience in one or more of the following is beneficial: Hospitality real estate Hotel operations or management Commercial brokerage Investment sales Hospitality finance or underwriting Business development / client advisory roles Work Environment Hybrid role based with remote flexibility for qualified candidates Standard business hours with schedule flexibility based on transaction activity Collaborative team environment with broker and administrative support Compensation includes performance-based earnings tied to transaction activity.
