Remote Appointment Setter
  • Commercial Roofing 1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Based E3 Roofing is hiring remote appointment setters to contact commercial property owners after verified hail, wind, and storm events.
This role is focused on outbound calling, property owner outreach, and setting qualified appointments for free commercial roof inspections. This is a remote 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employee role. Compensation is commission-based, so this opportunity is best for someone who is self-motivated, consistent, and comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment. Position Overview As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will use our proven calling system to contact commercial property owners and decision-makers whose buildings may have been affected by recent weather events. Your goal is to explain the value of a free documented roof inspection, confirm basic property details, and schedule qualified inspection appointments for our roofing team. We provide the systems, scripts, training, and process. Your responsibility is to follow the system, make consistent outbound calls, handle objections professionally, and book quality leads. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to commercial property owners and decision-makers Contact owners after verified storm, hail, or wind events Follow a proven script and call process Explain the purpose of a free documented roof inspection Schedule qualified roof inspection appointments Confirm basic property details such as roof type, access, building size, and insurance information Accurately document call notes and booked lead information Communicate lead details clearly to the roofing team Maintain consistent daily call activity and follow-up Compensation This is a 1099 commission-based position. Start at 1% commission on signed individual leads Increase to 2% commission after reaching $1,000,000 in total signed individual leads $1,000 weekly guarantee available when you set 3 or more qualified damaged leads in a week After 3 qualified leads, each additional qualified lead pays $200 $50 bonus for each owner presentation meeting Signed-job commission applies once payment is received and a work order is created Earnings vary based on performance, consistency, and lead quality. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, coachable, and motivated by results. You may be a good fit if you: Are comfortable making cold calls daily Can handle rejection without losing momentum Have strong communication skills Can follow a script while sounding natural Are organized and detail-oriented Can work remotely without being micromanaged Are motivated by commission-based income Have experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, roofing, insurance, real estate, or B2B outreach Experience is helpful, but not required.
