What You'll Do As a New Business Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for new clients—helping protect what matters most while building strong, lasting relationships. Connect with new prospects through calls, referrals, and networking Identify customer needs and match them with the right solutions Follow up and build relationships that turn into long-term clients Learn and stay sharp on new products and coverage options Help drive growth in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
What You'll Get Base Salary:
$30,000-$40,000 + uncapped commission Paid training + licensing support (no experience required) 60-day hands-on development program Clear path into a fully commissionable sales role Advancement opportunities into senior roles, leadership, and even agency ownership
