Hours:
25 Hours/Week Allied Revenue is hiring a Revenue Growth Associate (RGA) to support outbound prospecting, lead management, CRM operations, and top-of-funnel growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales development, business research, and helping create scalable growth processes. This is not a traditional appointment-setting position. Instead, it's a hybrid role that combines outbound outreach, lead qualification, campaign support, and revenue operations to help drive consistent pipeline growth.
What You'll Do:
Conduct outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn Respond to inbound interest and warm prospect engagement Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior leadership Manage follow-up activities to ensure opportunities stay active Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking Research target accounts and gather prospect intelligence Support outbound campaigns, events, and growth initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Experience in sales, lead generation, recruiting, or customer-facing roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent follow-through Comfortable managing multiple priorities and workflows Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools Coachable, proactive, and detail-oriented Desirable (but not essential): B2B sales or business development experience Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn outreach, or prospect research Recent graduate or senior-year student in business, marketing, communications, or a related field Compensation & Hours $23-$28 per hour, based on experience Performance bonuses for qualified meetings 25-30 Hours/Week Hybrid role with periodic in-person training and collaboration About Allied Revenue Allied Revenue is a growth consulting firm that helps organizations improve revenue performance through sales execution, CRM optimization, and strategic growth initiatives.
