Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones. Support benefits administration for clients by explaining available options clearly and assisting with enrollment processes when applicable. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly valued. Competence in sales administration tools, CRM systems, and analysis skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making. Knowledge of insurance sales, benefits administration, or HIPAA regulations is a plus for roles involving health-related products or services. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle complex inquiries professionally. Effective marketing understanding to promote products or services creatively across various channels.
