Position Overview We are hiring Roofing Sales Consultants to work as 1099 independent contractors . This is a commission-only role with no salary or hourly pay .

Seasoned roofing or in-home sales professionals looking for a better system and support Motivated newcomers who are coachable, reliable, and ready to learn the roofing and insurance process You will inspect roofs, educate homeowners, write estimates, and help manage projects through completion. What You'll Do Perform residential roof inspections throughout the Phoenix metro Document roof conditions with photos and detailed notes Educate homeowners on roofing systems and options Present retail and insurance-based proposals Coordinate with insurance adjusters when applicable Manage customer communication from sale through installation Work closely with production and office teams Maintain accurate CRM notes and job updates What We're Looking For For Experienced Sales Professionals Prior roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales experience Ability to self-generate leads and close consistently For Newcomers Strong communication skills and professionalism Willingness to learn roofing systems and insurance claims Coachable mindset and strong work ethic For All Candidates Comfortable climbing roofs and working in Arizona heat Organized, accountable, and self-motivated Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to operate as a 1099 independent contractor

Sales Manager Opportunity:

Candidates with proven roofing sales leadership experience may also be considered for a Sales Manager role . This opportunity is ideal for individuals who can both produce personally and help train, support, and lead other sales consultants. Sales Manager responsibilities and compensation will be discussed separately based on experience and performance history.
