You will directly help customers find the right AT&T mobile, internet, device, and accessory solutions for their needs. Your role is to make the process simple, informative, and stress-free by walking customers through their options, answering questions, and ensuring they select the products that genuinely support their goals. AT&T Sales Agent Responsibilities:
Engage face-to-face with customers to identify their telecommunications needs and recommend the most suitable AT&T solutions. Enroll new customers in our services and explain product features, service plans, and promotions in a way that highlights value and meets their needs. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering solutions tailored to individual needs. Work collaboratively to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Stay up to date on the latest AT&T products and sales techniques Track customer interactions and sales to ensure accurate records and follow-up. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting telecom products and services while building customer brand loyalty.
AT&T Sales Agent Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required. Confidence in engaging with customers and presenting product solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
AT&T Sales Agent Overview:
This position is a full time employment position located in Providence, RI and surrounding areas. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.
Pay:
This is a commission based job. On average a minimum of 1-2 orders is completed per day per employee.

We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services
