We are seeking a polished, consultative B2B Sales Consultant to join our growing Spartanburg team, helping Independent Financial Advisors access exclusive group benefits solutions through a relationship-driven outbound sales process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct outbound B2B outreach to Independent Financial Advisors nationwide Build trust and establish relationships with high-income financial professionals Navigate gatekeepers and schedule consultations with prospective clients Educate advisors on exclusive group benefits offerings and enrollment options Follow a structured multi-touch follow-up process using phone, email, and CRM workflows Maintain detailed CRM documentation and pipeline activity Collaborate closely with leadership and training teams during onboarding and development Consistently improve communication, objection handling, and consultative sales techniques
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience Minimum 5+ years of professional non-retail sales experience Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills Comfortable making outbound calls daily in a consultative sales environment Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining confidence and persistence Highly coachable with strong emotional intelligence and professionalism Comfortable learning complex financial and benefits products Ability to work onsite in Spartanburg, SC during training/onboarding
