Responsibilities:

Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of owning with Enjoi Resorts. Build rapport with prospects and guide them through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and maximize revenue. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with Enjoi Resorts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive team atmosphere. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or timeshare industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong work ethic and self-motivation. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent.
