Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized individual to handle organizational responsibilities for our busy insurance agency. This is an In-Person position in an office environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, responsible, technologically savy and able to organize large of information quickly, both in written and a digital format. This position comes with advancement capabilities which would provide additional responsibilities and additional pay. This position would answer a large # of inbound phone calls for routing to licensed agents and other agency experts. The candidate would also handle receiving payments, and general customer service activities. This position will include some time at farm properties in the region, so farm experience/knowledge is a plus and the ideal candidate will be comfortable around livestock and farm machinery.
