Position Overview We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Agents to join our growing team. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, explaining our credit and debt management services, and assisting them in starting the process toward financial recovery. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce NCCB's debt management and credit restoration services. Follow up on warm leads and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide clear information about services, pricing, and program benefits. Maintain accurate client information and call notes in the CRM system. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Collaborate with team members and management to improve outreach strategies. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all client interactions. Qualifications Prior debt settlement or credit restoration experience preferred No experience? Willing to train the right candidate Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls daily. Goal-oriented, coachable, and driven by results.
