Job Description
The role You pick up the phone. You start conversations with property owners who didn't know they needed your help. You build trust, work through objections, and close deals. This is a full-cycle outbound sales position at a real estate acquisitions company. If you've ever had a job where you had to build trust with strangers, solve complicated problems, and earn your paycheck through the conversations you started — keep reading. What you'll do every day Reach out to property owners through calls, texts, and follow-ups — we provide the leads, you work them. Some know exactly what they need. Some don't even know they inherited a property yet. Your job is to open the door, figure out where they are, and guide the conversation forward. Run consultative discovery calls to understand each seller's situation, timeline, and motivation. These aren't transactional closes — you're talking to families dealing with inherited property, probate, co-ownership disputes, and legal confusion. The rep who listens wins. Own your pipeline from first contact to signed contract. Some deals close in days, some take months of follow-up. You track everything in Salesforce and never let a deal die. Present offers, handle objections, navigate multi-party dynamics, and get contracts signed. Hand closed deals to our deal management and title team so you stay focused on revenue-generating activity. The industry context We buy properties most companies won't touch — inherited homes, probate assets, partial interests, title defects. We'll train you on all of it. We're hiring you because you can sell. You might be a fit if... You've been a top performer somewhere and you're bored, underpaid, or both. You've worked a role where your income depended on your effort and you liked it that way. You're comfortable hearing "no" 30 times before lunch and still dialing. People tell you you're easy to talk to — even when the conversation is hard. You can talk to a grieving family about their late parent's property without making it transactional. You want to be at a small, fast-moving company where your results are visible and your ceiling isn't capped by politics. You're looking for a career, not a gig. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in our market. You probably won't like this role if you need a script and a manager telling you what to do every hour, or you're uncomfortable with ambiguity and emotionally charged conversations.
