This role focuses on account management, new business development, and customer support within a defined government/military customer base. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and experienced in relationship-based sales, preferably with military or government clients. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned Fort Bliss-related accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with military personnel, procurement offices, and authorized contractors Identify new sales opportunities and expand existing accounts within the region Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and site visits at Fort Bliss Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and follow-ups in a timely and accurate manner Coordinate with internal teams (operations, purchasing, accounting, and leadership) to ensure seamless order fulfillment Track sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM or internal systems Ensure compliance with all applicable military base access requirements, policies, and procedures Stay informed on government purchasing processes, contract vehicles, and procurement regulations relevant to Fort Bliss Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and on base at all times Required Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently while managing a full-time on-site presence Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills Professional demeanor suitable for military and government environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to obtain and maintain base access credentials for Fort Bliss Preferred Military experience •This is primarily a commission-based position, with an optional base salary structure available depending on experience and agreed-upon terms •
