OBJECTIVE
The Sales Assistant is an entry-level role that provides training and exposure to the new home sales process. This position supports the sales team by assisting with customer interactions, maintaining model homes, and learning to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and achieve sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in model homes during designated company hours as needed. Greet and register prospective buyers visiting the model home or sales office Assist with community tours, floor plans, pricing sheets, and marketing materials Answer basic questions regarding homes, amenities, and the buying process Enter, update, and maintain prospect and traffic data in CRM systems Prepare sales packets, disclosures, and contract documents Track appointments, contracts, deposits, and sales activity Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and appointment confirmations Coordinate appointments with lenders, title companies, and internal teams Assist with realtor outreach and event follow-ups Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of model homes and sales office Ensure marketing materials, signage, and supplies are stocked and organized Assist with open houses, broker events, and community marketing events
SKILL SET
High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, email) Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required for business travel. Prior homebuilding or real estate sales experience a plus

From $18.00 per hour
