Job Description

We are on a mission to develop the next generation of leaders in sales and management. As experts in business development, customer acquisition, and sales strategy, our company is looking for competitive individuals to join us as AT&T Sales Agent. We work with leading telecommunication services to equip our customers with reliable services and products that are available to them. As an AT&T Sales Agent, you will take the lead on our AT&T services, explaining to customers the features, benefits and setting up their accounts for product success. The AT&T Sales Agent will learn to drive service sales, which can include wireless, internet or other products so it's crucial the AT&T Sales Agent is educated on products. The AT&T Sales Agent will also develop essential leadership skills while working in a diverse environment. to join our dynamic team and start building your future as the future grows.
AT&T Sales Agent Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies, effectively communicating the value of our products and services Interact with customers in a professional and approachable manner to build strong relationships and present services available Process sales orders for customers setting them up for success with their new product Set a strong example in a managerial capacity by demonstrating professionalism, organization, and punctuality in all sales and management activities. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members, supporting a collaborative environment Stay up to date on all new features and benefits offered to create the most tailored solution to customers requests Report progress, sales performance, and team feedback to senior management for continual improvement and alignment.
AT&T Sales Agent Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, leadership, hospitality, or other related roles is a plus Proven ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenges with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills when engaging with customers and team members Strong drive for personal and professional growth, with a willingness to learn and develop new sales and management skills A genuine passion for wanting to step into the telecommunications industry or entrepreneurial field

$52,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
