Part time assistant to support several ongoing tasks, primarily focused on general sales support, including data entry, quoting support, and research. Over time, this role would also expand to helping with AG, custom, and injection sales order data entry. This position would start as a part-time role (approximately 30 hours per week-flexible schedule), with the understanding that there is a lot to learn and that accuracy with numbers and stock codes is a must. Consistent focus, accountability, and ownership of the work are important for success in this position. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional in communication and office etiquette, and who takes pride in accuracy and consistency.

Key tasks include:

Accurate data entry for pricing, quotes, and stock codes Calculating numbers correctly, with a strong understanding of profit margin vs. markup Double-checking work, especially pricing and part numbers Researching products, stock codes, and specifications Assisting with quote preparation and updates Supporting AG, custom, and injection sales order entry as training progresses Professional email communication and general office support Following established protocols and being coachable Estimated timeframe: Initial onboarding/training: 1-2 weeks Ongoing support: recurring weekly tasks, with increased workload during quoting cycles and reporting periods
