Snap-on Tools is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I to support our Field Sales Training team. This role plays a critical part in coordinating training programs, managing reporting and analytics, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants, trainers, and regional teams. As a key liaison, this position supports scheduling, enrollment, cost tracking, and operational execution helping drive efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across training programs. Compensation & Benefits Snap-on offers a competitive total rewards package for non-exempt team members, which may include: Competitive pay Overtime eligibility in accordance with applicable laws Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off and company holidays Employee assistance programs Career development and training opportunities Key Responsibilities Coordinate training schedules, enrollments, and class logistics Serve as a liaison between regional teams, trainees, and training leadership Track and analyze training data, including attendance, costs, and utilization Support LMS activities, including enrollments and completion tracking Prepare reports and training metrics to support decision-making Process invoices, expenses, and monthly accrual reporting Assist with development, proofing, and distribution of training materials Maintain training records, systems, and shared resources (e.g., OneDrive) Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting practices Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) Experience working with spreadsheets and data tracking/reporting Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment Preferred Skills Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) Experience with training coordination, reporting, or projections Compensation:
