Saturday ONLY Compensation:

$18-24/hour, based on experience

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, guest-centered service in fast-paced hospitality environments Resolve customer issues efficiently, improving guest satisfaction and retention Manage reservations, service requests, and guest communications with accuracy Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless guest experiences Promoted services and amenities to enhance guest engagement and revenue

Qualifications:

Previous Customer Service experience a plus. Excellent verbal & written Communication & Presentation Skills Ability to manage one's own time. Typing and basic computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel. Ability to solve basic math calculations.
