In this role, you will be a key part of creating a positive shopping experience by providing excellent service, strong product knowledge, and a friendly attitude. You will help drive sales, support store operations, and ensure customers leave satisfied and ready to return. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide product demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, including cash and credit card transactions. Recommend complementary products and accessories to increase sales. Maintain attractive merchandise displays and keep shelves stocked and organized. Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and replenishment. Respond to customer inquiries by phone or in person in a professional and courteous manner. Support the training of new team members and assist junior staff when needed. Follow store policies related to cash handling, safety, and cleanliness. Qualifications Previous experience in handling cash and performing basic retail math. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual skills are a plus. Supervisory experience or proven leadership skills in a retail environment preferred. Confidence in conducting product demonstrations. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Experience with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining organized displays. Familiarity with grocery store or retail sales operations is an advantage. Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory accurately. Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
