Administrative Assistant/Inside Sales

Administrative Assistant and inside sales for welding coupons needed for local Welding shop. Must be Exceptionally proficient in EXCEL. Knowledge of Welding Terminology.

Duties Include:

Basic Administration Answering phones Taking orders Scheduling Freight Working with shop to manage inventory misc duties that go along with this position Bilingual preferred. Must be able to work in a fast paced shop and know welding terminology
