This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working outside a traditional office or store setting, and helping drive sales through direct, in-person engagement. About the Role As a Field Sales Assistant, you will support sales representatives and campaign leads with face-to-face customer engagement at assigned locations, including retail areas, residential neighborhoods, business districts, events, and roadshows. You will help generate leads, assist with on-the-spot sign-ups, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of field sales activities. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales Support Approach and engage potential customers in person at assigned field locations. Assist sales representatives with product or service demonstrations and pitches. Help answer basic customer questions and direct more detailed queries to the sales lead. Support the sign-up, application, or transaction process for interested customers. Help identify and qualify leads for the sales team to follow up on. Assist in meeting daily lead generation or sign-up targets for the field team. Field Operations & Logistics Help set up and break down kiosks, tables, banners, and promotional materials at field locations. Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional items to passersby and prospects. Monitor and report stock levels of sales and marketing materials. Assist with transporting equipment and supplies between field locations. Track daily activity, leads, and conversions for reporting to supervisors. Team & Territory Support Work alongside sales representatives and team leads to cover assigned territories or routes. Follow campaign scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies during interactions. Adapt to different locations, foot traffic levels, and customer demographics throughout the day. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate coverage and schedules. Team Collaboration Participate in daily briefings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training. Share observations and feedback from the field to help improve campaign performance. Contribute to a motivated, energetic, and target-driven team culture. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing, confident personality comfortable approaching strangers in person. Positive attitude and resilience, especially when facing rejection. Willingness to learn sales techniques and contribute to team targets. Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision. Comfortable standing, walking, and being on your feet for extended periods, often outdoors. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, promotions, or direct marketing is preferred but not required.
