Position:
We are seeking a dynamic, focused, and motivated team member to serve the role of Sales Team Assistant. The Sales Team Assistant will support our Sales Team by actively engaging with our customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages and livechats. They will follow up with existing customers directly, assist in the pursuit of new customers, and will distribute discovered leads and opportunities to Sales Reps. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and who will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
    Customer Engagement:
    Assist our Sales Team in pursuing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers through phone, email, and live chat communication.
      Task Completion:
      Complete tasks assigned by team leadership in an efficient and diligent manner.
        Professional Interaction:
        Uphold the reputation and credibility of our team by engaging with customers, coworkers, and vendors in a professional and thoughtful way.
          Documentation:
          Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed tasks using our company software and web-based tools.
