This entry-level role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to build experience in customer service, wireless sales, and account support while representing AT&T products and services. As an AT&T Sales Agent, you will work directly with customers to provide information about AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, internet solutions, and mobile services. Through hands-on training, the AT&T Sales Agent will develop communication, sales, and customer support skills while helping customers choose products that fit their lifestyle and connectivity needs. We are looking for individuals who enjoy talking with people, learning new technology, and working in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Agent Meet with customers in the Tyler area to discuss AT&T wireless services, smartphone options, internet solutions, and mobile plans Assist customers with upgrading devices, reviewing account options, and selecting wireless services that fit their needs Explain AT&T products, unlimited plans, pricing, and promotions in a clear and professional manner Build positive customer relationships through strong communication and customer support Support customer account setup, activation assistance, and product education Learn sales and customer service strategies through daily training and mentorship Track outreach, customer interactions, and sales goals while maintaining professionalism Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and overall sales performance Stay informed on the latest AT&T products, mobile technology, and wireless promotions Qualifications for the AT&T Sales Agent High school diploma or GED preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in customer service, sales, marketing, or retail environments Comfortable learning about smartphones, wireless technology, and mobile services Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or food service is a plus but not required

$1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
