Job Description

Job Overview Overview Join Heppner Group as an Agent Support Representative, supporting clients and licensed agents in the area of Medicare and insurance solutions. This is a full-time, client-focused role ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, staying organized, and building lasting client relationships. As a key member of our support team, you'll work with warm, inbound client contacts, assisting with questions, documentation, and ongoing service needs. This role does not involve direct sales or commission-based quotas, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people and ensuring a smooth client experience. Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Customer service or administrative support experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Responsibilities Serve as a support resource for clients with general questions about Medicare coverage, benefits, and next steps Assist licensed agents with client follow-ups, documentation, and service-related requests Support enrollments during AEP, OEP, and applicable Special Enrollment Periods (non-sales support) Maintain accurate client records and ensure required information is properly documented Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and dependable service Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on processes and compliance About Us Heppner Group is a leading insurance brokerage firm dedicated to providing comprehensive risk management solutions and unparalleled client service.
